I can't repeat the words I say about them here. I deal with these people OK, but I might make the occasional enemy. I'm gentle with them and try and teach when the opportunity presents itself. None When your computer doesn't work the way you expect it to, you: I punch my monitor as hard as I can or fling my laptop against the wall. I restart the computer. I calmly try and understand what I did, see if I can repeat it, and work the problem from there. None IT administration comes with steady hours, but occasionally you will be on call (meaning you can be called in on off-hours). Your response? No! Once I punch out, I'm out! Fine.
